Zvi Israel, neurosurgeon, will work with the engineering and biologics teams as the primary implant physician and provide the expertise needed in direct neural implementation. He will be responsible for the device implantation techniques, oversee the creation of the FMEA for animal and human models, and assist with the IRB team and IDE submission for the FDA.
