Barry Kuban has worked at the crossroads of electronics, research and innovation for more than 25 years. Kuban’s career started in high energy physics at The Ohio State University. but quickly veered towards biomedical engineering which has lead to his current role as the Director of the Electronics Core Facility at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research.
He is a prolific innovator and inventor who has earned 8 Cleveland Clinic Innovator Awards and 12 US Patents for solutions that range from intravascular ultrasound to diabetic foot care.
